Not done with growing — done with the kind of growth that asks you to squeeze more out of someone who's already wrung out.
The extra journaling. The longer meditation. The heavier practice. The $2,000 course that explained the problem beautifully and left you more aware of being stuck than when you started.
I know that feeling because I lived it. More than ten years helping other people navigate financial pressure, and the whole time running my own version of the same patterns I was helping them with. Working hard, understanding the problem, trying the tools — and still carrying the scarcity frequency in my body like a background hum that none of it could touch.
The thing that eventually moved it wasn't effort. It was frequency.
The long experiment
I'd been using music to access flow states for two decades — putting on trance music to block the mental noise and get into the kind of deep work where everything else drops away. It worked for focus. What it couldn't do was reach the layer underneath — the old belief systems, the inherited scarcity programs, the part of you that decides what's actually available to you regardless of what your conscious mind thinks.
639 Hz is the ancient solfeggio frequency of the heart. Every major healing tradition landed on it independently — for connection, for harmony, for receiving. The HeartMath Institute has spent 30 years measuring what happens when the heart enters coherence. It's not mystical. It's measurable. And it's the foundation of every track in this app.
What I built and why
The music creates the state. The affirmations arrive when you're open. The daily practice compounds it. And all of it happens while you're doing everything you're already doing — the commute, the work, the walk, the wind-down.
Because adding another practice to a depleted life was never the answer.
I still use this every day. I built it because I needed it. I released it because I think a lot of people do.
