How do I manage or cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed there.
- iPhone / iPad: Open Apple Subscriptions or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Harmonic 639.
- Android: Open Google Play Subscriptions or go to Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Harmonic 639.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Play Store are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.

If you think something has gone wrong with your subscription, email us — we'll do what we can to help.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, listening history, playlists, journey progress, and any custom tracks you've created.
Prefer to email? Send a deletion request to hello@harmonic639.com from the email address on your account. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.
Why is the app asking for microphone access?
Microphone access is used only by the Inspiration Capture feature — tap-to-record voice notes during or after a session. The microphone is only on while you're actively recording. We do not record in the background.
You can revoke microphone access anytime in your device settings. Other features will still work.
What's 639 Hz and is the app safe to use?
639 Hz is one of the ancient solfeggio frequencies, traditionally associated with the heart. Every track in Harmonic 639 is composed and tuned to 639 Hz. It's music — the same kind of audio your phone plays for any song.
Harmonic 639 is a music and personal-development product, not a medical device. It isn't designed to diagnose, treat, or cure anything. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please talk to a qualified professional.
Music isn't playing or the app feels slow — what should I try?
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Make sure you have an active internet connection — Harmonic 639 streams audio.
- Check that the app is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Play Store.
- Restart your device.
- If the problem keeps happening, email us with your device model and OS version — we'll dig in.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start Harmonic 639 Premium, you get full access for 7 days, free. Cancel anytime before day 7 in your App Store or Google Play account and you won't be charged. Stay subscribed and you'll be billed at the plan rate you chose. No hidden charges, no surprises.
Premium includes all 168 tracks across the 7 Codes, all three zones (Ground, Flow, Amplify), affirmations on screen, cinematic visual canvas, full personalization, 21-day guided journeys, and early access to new Codes and features.
Where can I follow Harmonic 639?
The full music catalog also lives on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other major streaming platforms — search for Cre8tor Code. The flagship experience (with synced lyrics, the visual canvas, personalized sessions, and Create Your Own Track) is the Harmonic 639 app itself.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email hello@harmonic639.com. We read every message. Bug reports with a screenshot, your device model, and OS version help us fix things faster.
App & Playback
The audio cuts out when my screen locks. How do I fix this?
On iOS, go to Settings → Harmonic 639 → Background App Refresh and make sure it's enabled. Also check that Low Power Mode is off during sessions, as it can interrupt background audio.
On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Harmonic 639 → Battery → set to “Unrestricted.”
Can I download sessions for offline use?
Offline playback is available on Premium. Sessions download automatically when you're on WiFi. If a session doesn't play offline, open it while connected once to trigger the download.
The app isn't recognising my subscription. What do I do?
First, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. If the issue persists, go to Profile → Restore Purchases.
If it still doesn't resolve, email hello@harmonic639.com with your account email and we'll sort it manually.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
Your subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
